使用Outlook 2007的人，也許還沒注意到這個小問題。當寄送含有附件的電子郵件給別人時，如果對方是用Outlook Express收信，那麼他在開啟郵件時很可能會發現附件憑空消失了，而且郵件格式也變成為純文字檔。這個問題可大可小，如果是商業上的來往信件，很可能被客戶或合作夥伴解讀為不夠細心、不夠專業。追根究柢，Outlook 2007會發生這個問題，起因於郵件格式與Outlook Express不相容。快跟隨著下面的指示，將這個奇怪的問題一次解決吧！ 會造成附件消失且郵件格式變為純文字的原因，主要是因為Outlook 2007使用了Transport Neutral Encapsulation Format（TNEF）這種特殊技術來包裝郵件資訊，但是Outlook Express其實並不認識TNEF，如果收件者用的是Outlook Express，就會略過TNEF資訊不處理，造成附件不見和格式變為純文字的情形。要解決這個問題其實並不難，只要寄件的那一方到Outlook 2007底下去更改設定即可。 打開Outlook 2007，選擇功能表上的【工具】→【選項】，切換到〔郵件格式〕活頁標籤，將「使用這個郵件格式撰寫」選擇為【HTML】，接著按下〔網際網路格式〕鈕，將「Outlook RTF文字選項」變更為【使用Outlook Rich Text(RTF)格式傳送，最後按下〔確定〕鈕完成設定。之後應該就不會再發生類似的情形啦
